RVVR is an emerging outdoor lure fishing brand. They aimed to launch a tactical accessory towel matching their brand series for anglers, and needed a reliable manufacturer to realize this custom functional textile project with consistent bulk quality and on-time shipment.
Customer Needs
They required a reversible fishing towel with rugged tactical styling. The logo must be woven into fabric instead of printing for long service life. A sturdy hanging clip is necessary for attachment to fishing vests and tackle bags. Strict color matching and uniform visual performance across all batches were mandatory.
Our Solution
We adopted double-sided yarn-dyed jacquard weaving technology to create the reversible towel. Custom high-density woven RVVR logo was integrated into the fabric. We equipped each towel with reinforced aluminum carabiners. We controlled the color shade and weaving density strictly according to their brand guide, and arranged flexible production scheduling to hit the delivery timeline.
Results
The finished towels perfectly fit the brand’s tactical aesthetic. Annual repeat order volume reached 20,000 units+. Stable color consistency and durable jacquard details helped the client boost the CTR of their new product line by 30%, winning positive feedback from angler consumers.
